CI/CD : Bandit tests are not passing on TMMT

Bandit tests are not passing on TMMT, therefore the release is not available

To Reproduce
Exact steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to publish a release
2. See error on QGIS plugin hub

Expected behavior
CI / CD could / should assert security checks before release is shipped to QGIS plugin hub.
