Feature request: Add a new task with the same project and context as item before

The idea here is make easier when need to add more than one item to the same project or context, like when you just started a new project and you want to add multiple items to it.

Since my PR was rejected, I created an add-on for it here: https://github.com/mhalano/todo.txt-addons/.
I still think though that could be a good idea to be added to the core features.
