Suggestion: bump plugin version from 0.0.4 to 3.4.0

It would be convenient for users to clearly see which Qt Creator version is required by plugin. Take a look at Help -> About Plugins - all plugins are 3.4.0 except yours. Other third-party plugins like cppcheck or google test also tend to follow Qt Creator versioning scheme. Additionally, a git tag like "3.4.0" would be also good.

That would assume release cycle is synchronised with Qt Creator. Most of other plugins are bundled with Qt Creator and live in its repository. I am not sure if that would make sense to bump version on every Qt Creator release.
