- Document Osaka-gated CREATE2 depth handling and clarify VOTEWITNESS Energy calculation selection across Osaka, energy-adjustment, and original paths. - Document Prague block-hash history with an official TIP-2935 reference, the Shanghai activation dependency, and the active-SR proposal approval threshold. - Document constant-call timeout configuration and API coverage, including debug and standalone SolidityNode exemptions and FullNode /walletsolidity behavior. - Clarify the default MAX_CPU_TIME_OF_ONE_TX deadline and correct the eth_estimateGas configuration key.
