This adds re2js to the overrides in package.json, next to axios, and moves it from 2.8.6 to 2.9.1 in package-lock.json. Only markdownlint uses it, through markdownlint-cli, to lint the repository's own Markdown and MDX. Nothing that Bootstrap ships changes.

markdownlint 0.42.0 pins re2js to exactly 2.8.6, so a lockfile refresh can't move it. The override asks for ^2.8.7 and resolves to 2.9.1, the version markdownlint already uses on its next branch. Once a markdownlint-cli release brings a markdownlint that depends on re2js 2.8.7 or later, the override can go.

re2js 2.9.x needs Node.js 20 or later, and the workflows run on the .nvmrc version (24.18.0). npm run docs-md and npm run docs-mdx pass as before.
