Cut v0.4.0-RC4 with
make release VERSION=v0.4.0-RC4.Release v0.4.0-RC4sets the version default interraform/ignition/io.tf.Clean up release v0.4.0-RC4sets it back tolatest.The two commits cancel out, so the branch has no net change. After merging, tag the
Release v0.4.0-RC4commit withv0.4.0-RC4. This needs a merge commit or a rebase that keeps that commit identifiable.
