Human-authored bundle PR clearing open HIGH Dependabot alerts in tests/python/poetry.lock (poetry). Base develop.

Alerts closed

Alert Package Change GHSA
#54 urllib3 2.3.0 → 2.8.0 GHSA-8988-9cw3-xx77 (HTTPS proxy TLS config ignored)
#55 urllib3 2.3.0 → 2.8.0 GHSA-vxq7-64xx-v4gw (unbounded chunk-size line buffering)

Verification

  • Scoped relock: poetry update urllib3 --lock (Poetry 1.8.x; no full regen).
  • urllib3 is transitive (via vectorize-client, constrained >=1.25.3,<3.0.0); 2.8.0 satisfies it.
  • Diff limited to the urllib3 block + the generator-version header comment (1.8.3→1.8.4). No other packages changed.

Do not merge until CI is green and reviewed.

Addresses open HIGH Dependabot alerts in tests/python/poetry.lock:
- urllib3 2.3.0 -> 2.8.0 (alerts #54 GHSA-8988-9cw3-xx77, #55 GHSA-vxq7-64xx-v4gw)

Scoped relock via `poetry update urllib3 --lock` (Poetry 1.8.x). urllib3 is
a transitive dep (vectorize-client, constrained <3.0.0); only urllib3 and the
generator-version header change.
