…loops Add pto.vfsim.unroll_factor as a second annotation source for pto-unroll-loops (consumed in a second run placed after the VfSim planner, before PTONarrowVPTOLoopCounters which is moved later since its i16 rewrite breaks the native index-IV unroll utility), drop the divisibility restriction in PTOUnrollAfterLoopFusion, and sync the three affected design docs. Test: vmi_vfsim_unroll_tadd_tmul.pto.
