Adds the flow 2.6.0 actually used: bump on a fork branch and PR it, replace @SInCE WEDOCS_SINCE in the bump (CI never runs version:replace), take Tested up to from the wp.org version API, the QA gate that caught four release bugs (fresh clone, CI-style zips, PHP 7.4 and latest, settings sweep with Pro on and off plus an option diff), changelog wording from the previous release's point of view, the develop to master PR afterwards, and Slack: draft only, the user posts it. Replaces the "tailwind ESM import" pre-check, which no longer applies since the Tailwind 4 CJS config, with a payload-signature scan of the build configs. Last verified release is now v2.6.0.
