Updates from users in different languages cause incompatibilities

It seems, updates are sent in the language of the sender but are not translated in case the receiver has a different language.

Example EN versus DE:

1.5 => 1,5

SUM => SUMME

A complete saved workbook is translated as expected, but the updates are not

Maybe we force always to use english, which is at least what I expected when first time using the app
