Upload entity schemas to wikidata/wikibase

Several people has asked for the possibility to upload entity schemas created with YaSHE to wikidata/wikibase.

I think it is possible to do it using the API, but I am not sure about the details. Anyway, it would be great to enable this functionality.

I would also like to add this functionality to rdfshape and wikishape.

It was not supported by the API last time I did research about it...I will ask again anyway
