Namesake is a client-side web app for discovering Islamic and Arabic name meanings. It serves 14,000+ names fetched at runtime from a public HuggingFace dataset, enriched with 44 hand-curated entries for Prophets and Companions — each with verified Quranic ayat (Arabic + Muhsin Khan & Hilali translation), Hadith references, and historical context.
No backend required. No API keys. Everything runs in your browser.
