Story: BI-2971 - Improve default sample submission sorting
Modification to SubmissionDetails.vue to properly sort sample submission details by plate > column > row

bi-api: feature/BI-2971
Testing
Navigate to Sample Management and click on details for a particular sample submission
Ensure entries in the Submission Details tab are sorted plate > column > row
