Version bump for the changes merged since v0.20.18:

Prepared with pnpm release:prepare 0.20.19; pnpm release:check reports aligned metadata. pnpm typecheck, pnpm build (CLI reports 0.20.19) and pnpm test (840 passed, 1 skipped) are clean.

Merging this to main lets the auto-release workflow create the tag and dispatch the publish pipeline.

Git sources can name a package subdirectory, staging temp dirs are cleaned up after graph plans, and ownership handoff can carry drift and unknown owners (#161, #162, #163).

0.20.19 shipped `ownership handoff --carry-drift` and
`--from-unknown-owner` but the agentwheel skill never mentions
`handoff`, so agents can't find it when an install keeps a file as
foreign.

This adds a short table for picking between `recovery-plan`,
`adopt-legacy`, `handoff` and `retire-stale`, pointing to each
subcommand's `--help` for flags, plus the known pitfalls: a mixed legacy
manifest needs a normal install before `handoff`, `--force-drift` also
refreshes the target's merge contributions, and `--select` drops
unselected ones. The drift section now points there for ownership
refusals.

Replaces #164, whose release part already landed in #165. Skill-only, no
version bump.
