Raises the declared Scrapy dependency floor from 2.14.2 to 2.17.0.

Safety reported CVE-2026-84366 / GHSA-76g3-c3x4-crvx (S3DownloadHandler sending signed s3:// requests over plaintext HTTP) against Scrapy versions before 2.17.0. The patched release was published 2026-07-07.

Updates pyproject.toml, requirements.txt, and the documented requirement in the README.

Also updates the compatibility note in docs/index.rst (drops the Scrapy 2.14 mention).

Safety flagged CVE-2026-84366 / GHSA-76g3-c3x4-crvx against scrapy<2.17.0.
Scrapy 2.17.0 (2026-07-07) sends signed s3:// requests over HTTPS by default.

Review: no issues found.

scrapy>=2.17.0 matches the fixed version for CVE-2026-84366 / GHSA-76g3-c3x4-crvx (S3 signed requests over plaintext HTTP). The floor is consistent in pyproject.toml, requirements.txt, and the README. This diff does not change workflows, header handling, or credentials. CI: integration pass.
