Bump version to 1.14.4.2

Bumps __patch_version__ to 2, giving 1.14.4.2. Still Keynote 14.4, so only the patch component moves. PyPI is at 1.14.4.1.

What it releases

Two user-facing fixes that are on master but not yet shipped:

• Fix proto2 extension field handling. #77 (fixing Parser breaks when there are Charts #54) — proto2 extension fields are resolved via the descriptor pool, so documents containing charts parse instead of dying with KeyError: 10000.
• Replaced deprecated property ANTIALIAS with LANCZOS #59 — Image.ANTIALIAS → Image.LANCZOS. This one is the urgent half: Pillow removed ANTIALIAS in 10.0 (July 2023) and the dependency floor is Pillow>=7.1.0, so image replacement has been raising AttributeError for every user installing from PyPI for over two years.

Merge order

Best merged after #78, so the release includes the regression test covering the image-replacement path. It touches only keynote_parser/__init__.py and won't conflict.

Publishing is triggered by creating a GitHub release, not by this merge.
