CAISO moved the fuel-source CSV from
/outlook/SP/fuelsource.csv(now 404, so the app failed on every render) to/outlook/current/fuelsource.csv. The columns are unchanged, so this is a one-line URL change.Also removes
broken: trueand itsbrokenReasonfrom the manifest, now that the app works again.Testing:
