fix: restore full Apache License 2.0 text

Closes #81.

LICENSE was a truncated copy of the Apache License 2.0. Parts of section 1 were missing, including the second half of the "Legal Entity" definition and the "Work", "Derivative Works" and "Contribution" definitions. As a result GitHub detected the license as "Other", while PyPI and pyproject.toml say Apache-2.0.

This replaces it with the unmodified text from https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt, the same file bawbel/gate uses. The only change from that text is the appendix copyright line, which keeps the existing Copyright 2026 Bawbel (bawbel.io@gmail.com). GitHub's detection ignores everything after END OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
